I am an agent of change through the people I serve.

This isn't a tagline — it's my role: I don't engineer your outcomes or tell you what to do. I create the right conditions for your insights to emerge and fully trust that process.

I came to coaching the way most people come to anything that matters — through experience, not intention. I was coached myself, and it forced me to ask questions I thought I already knew the answers to. That unsettled me in the best possible way. When my university asked me to train as an internal coach, I said yes. What I discovered changed how I understand people: what we do and say has a ripple effect. One conversation, one shift in one person, moves outward in ways neither of us can fully see. I still coach there today, working with faculty, staff, and students who are navigating some of the hardest moments of their professional lives.

I've been a researcher for over twenty years. Leading projects and navigating the uncertainty of complex, open-ended work — where the path isn't clear, and the team is looking to you — turned out to be its own kind of coaching preparation. I've spent years working with complex systems, analyzing patterns, and understanding how things connect beneath the surface. Coaching uses the same instinct, pointed at people instead of data.

My practice, Through-Line Coaching, is for people who sense there's more to the situation than meets the eye — and who are ready to look. Unlike many coaches, I focus on what’s underneath the presenting issue: the patterns, the assumptions, the places where something that once worked has stopped working. That's where real movement happens.

I also work with organizations, teams, and leaders — navigating the systemic patterns that underlie performance, culture, and change.

In the space with you, what you get is presence, powerful questions, and complete trust in your capacity to find your own answers — not advice or predetermined solutions.

"I don't give advice. I facilitate your emergence. The insights are always yours — I just help you see them."
